FEARS

Unreasonable fears can control our lives if not put in proper perspective.  An unreasonable fear is one that we down deep know is not realistic.  For example, fear of driving is unreasonable.  We know people drive every day and actually almost everyone drives every day so our fear is unreasonable.  Fear of flying is in the same category.  Fear of spiders, fear of heights, fear of intimacy all are learned fears from some time in our past. Hypnosis can help you free yourself from these unrealistist fears and allow you to lead a normal life.

Anxiety is also a type of unrealistic feeling.  We are usually anxious about something that happened in the past and that we are worried will happen again in the future.  However, we can not change the past and certainly don't know what the future holds.  Again, hypnosis allow you to free yourself from anxiety by bringing on a relaxation response that you can call upon at any time in any place.
